Beautiful 4 bedroom, spacious, home located right on the water
Bonjour. Je propose ici ma maison récemment rénovée et rénovée à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour mémorable sur l'OBX. Cette propriété offre 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La chambre à coucher une offre 2 lits queen, la chambre à deux offre des combinaisons de lits superposés, la chambre trois offre 1 lit queen et la chambre quatre offre 2 lits jumeaux. La propriété offre également deux salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure pour votre commodité. Situé à quelques minutes de la plage, de l'épicerie, des restaurants et des soins médicaux, cette maison est nichée dans une belle communauté de front sonore. La maison se trouve à quelques secondes du front du son et se trouve juste sur un canal capable de vous permettre d'atteler votre bateau juste à l'extérieur de la résidence. Les revêtements récemment construits (2 niveaux) offrent une belle vue sur le canal, le son et offrent l'une des plus belles vues du coucher du soleil depuis le niveau supérieur. La cour arrière est gazonnée pour nos amis à quatre pattes et offre une petite plage de sable pour un plaisir pour tous. La pêche et le crabe du pont situé directement derrière la maison sont productifs et offrent des heures d'amusement pour toute personne intéressée. Un centre communautaire offre une piscine d'eau douce, un basket-ball et d'autres commodités pour votre plaisir. Nous vous demandons de fournir vos propres produits et linge de papier tout en profitant de cette magnifique résidence. Location, location, location. Never stayed on the sound side before and after the experience here would never have it any other way. The house was a perfect fit. The amenities were incredible. I only want to point out to minor things and one of them really has nothing to do with the owner or the home. The Wi-Fi service is terrible. I don’t know if they don’t have enough towers on the island or what the situation is but the Internet/ Wi-Fi was in and out all day long. The other thing was the dryer probably should be replaced or repaired because where the filter vent is, there’s a hole because it’s partly broke and a lot of lint gets down in there and a lot of socks, which could be a fire hazard so it wasn’t just an issue of cleaning the lint off the filter, you really had to stick your hand down in there to get items that were getting lodged in there. We left some small items behind that we thought could be of use for the next runner such as dish soap and sponges toilet paper, hand towels, things like that. But it definitely was a 10 out of 10, and we really enjoyed it.

Great time at this property! Only a few minor things would make it perfect. Great location! Host is very responsive to all questions. The yard and dock are fantastic especially if you have a boat! Would recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay in nags head! We received a call from the property manager a week in advance, letting us know that we could reach him via cell phone, and making himself available to us for any questions or concerns. I thought that was incredibly kind! The house was fantastic! It was nice to have space under the house to park-this made unloading really easy. The entrance is one flight up, and you walk directly into the living room, which is exactly as pictured the house has an “ old nags head“ vibe, reminding us of camps on the river down south, with its wooden walls and floors. There’s a great big dining table that served well as a game table for us, along with an outside dining table, which was well loved! (Yes, there is a propane grill here!). The kitchen is well equipped, and has a Keurig. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which have queen size beds. There’s also a full bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom is spacious and has lots of storage. The second floor has a bunk room with several sets of bunkbeds (twin size), and a room with two queen beds in it (with the sofa). There is also a full-size bathroom on the second floor, which is also large and spacious with lots of storage. All of our teens slept upstairs, and had a great time! House comes with surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, a dinghy, and a paddle boat. There’s a small beach that leads into the canal that leads out to the sound. The dock is great for fishing! The property is great. Very relaxing, good fishing from the boat dock area. Quiet in the evening hours. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. The owner is an excellent host. We had a very good time. Going back next year.
