This property is in the best location! The stairs leading upstairs were very steep but after a few trips were able to manage. One thing I think would help this rental is room darking curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. The sun comes right in the windows and when on vacation it's nice to be able to sleep in even a little but it was hard to do with the sun rising right in the front of the house. Other than that property was incredible - looking to rent next summer!!!!

great location but needs updating. Just a few little extras would help.. even the broom was old. Not having a washer and dryer in the rental price point was disappointing. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very safe for children.

The home is very clean but quite worn.The livingroom and kitchen are very small for a large family. Outside area is helpful except when it rains. Bathroom does not have electrical outlets. Adult bedrooms do not have tvs. Location is great as you can walk to a beautiful beach!
