Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The staff of this hotel were amazing. My husband lost his phone in a taxi and the young man at the front desk was a miracle work and helped find it and get it returned from the taxi company! We also had air conditioning issues on the first night, they were very helpful to get this fixed for us.
The bed was not the most comfortable, as it had a memory foam pad on the mattress that felt weird while sleeping on. The room had a partition wall in the middle and this made it hard to cool the bed side.
Make sure you know what and where you want to see things. This hotel is not in an easy location to quickly walk or get to things, causing a lot more walking or taxi fares to get you home.

The room was a very generous size and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was basic.

The hotel is quiet by Naples standards and has a lovely, large garden which was perfect for our dogs and the reason we chose it.
The location is really not nice but then most of Naples isn't. Also we booked a suite but the lounge and bath with jacuzzi were outside on the terrasse which was too hot to use. Also the waitresses at breakfast should spend less time talking and more time looking after the guests. You have to ask every time you want coffee or milk.
