Michele is a wonderful host. He carried our (many) suitcases up the stairs and even came to let us in when we inadvertently locked ourselves out the first afternoon. He also arranged a taxi for us to the train station. Wonderful host. The apartment is quite centrally located- couldn’t get any closer to Palazzo Vecchio. A slight smell of dampness in the back room but due to the age of the building.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Florence! Michele is so lovely and helpful. He is such a kind person and made our check in and out so smooth and easy. He was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and helped us get transportation to the airport upon checkout.
