We LOVED staying here. We definitely plan on staying here next year for our vacation. The house is super nice and the communication with the owners was amazing.

We loved this house and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was very clean, views are amazing, everything we needed in the kitchen. The pillows are flat and need upgraded but that’s our only complaint. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

What a great location, on a corner lot. Great views! My husband caught some fish with our 5 year old grandson with the poles that were provided and we took advantage of the provided kayaks at sunrise and sunset. Just beautiful! We even swam with the local friendly manatee! Great pool and hot tub. Host was very responsive with their communication. Highchair was missing from the property so they had one delivered the next day AND property manager brought one over, as well. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Perfect for our family vacation!

There was no welcome letter, and no one came to explain anything about the house to us. The listing on VRBO site has obviously not been updated in several years. The photos do not reflect what the house currently looks like. The house had a lot of maintenance issues. For example, the toilets in the half bath and the full guest bathrooms did not flush and needs to be replaced. The master shower had no hot water and was hard to turn on. The kitchen was not new, the faucet sprayer did not work properly, and the floor had multiple damaged spots. The master bedroom carpeting is completely coming apart. It is obvious that general maintenance and upkeep have not been performed on this house. Also, a mandatory extra insurance has to be purchased which was not disclosed until completing the reservation process.
