Skvělá lokace blízko centra, možnost parkování u domu. Velký byt a na první pohled plně vybavený byt - ložnice, gauč, koupelna. Čisto.

Komplikované a nepřesné instrukce k tomu dostat se do bytu (možná způsobeno špatným překladem do angličtiny) - série několika kódů & schránka na klíče. Nebylo taky na první dobrou jasné, kde se dá parkovat. Po telefonátu s majitelem nakonec objasněno. Nebylo jasné, proč jsou jen 2h časová okna na check-in a check-out, když je to samoobslužný systém. Postel je pro 2 osoby docela malá, matrace dost měkká. Taky jsme před spaním zjistili, že nám chybí 1 přikrývka. Pro 2 osoby byla jen jedna malá povlečena peřina. Vzhledem k pokročilé hodině jsme to už s majitelem nekomunikovali…Difuzér k fenu nefunkční.

The location was excellent. So close to train/bus station and Old Town. It was was very easy to find. The apartment was tastefully decorated and looked amazing on initial entry.

Host forgot to add a number to entry code. Gave us 1 instead of 01. We figured it out by sheer fluke. Also, we couldn't get the key into door and host told us to force it. We suspect the key just hasn't been cut properly and we were frightened it might snap with the force needed. Sadly, we had to call the host back to clean a disgustingly filthy oven and microwave, not to mention dirty, stained shelves/drawers and replace two stained towels. I washed some stained cups and cutlery myself together with the cutlery tray. Not wishing to spoil my stay, I gave up complaining about a not very clean fridge, some dirty window handles, light switches, window ledges, dusty blinds and a bedroom window with a broken handle. The mattress cover was covered with someone else's black hair and the mattress was stained. That said, the flat is beautiful and very comfortable but host needs to ensure the cleaner does a thorough cleaning job in future. Some of the dirt looked old. Host was incredibly polite and helpful and answered our emails immediately, which we appreciated. I hope the lack of hygiene and cleanliness was just a blip. Also some basic instructions on how to use the TV would be appreciated. Netflix is not accessible if you only have a basic subscription by the way.
