Ce condo au 4e étage est situé à l'île Pelican sur l'île d'Okaloosa. La propriété dispose d'une piscine en bord de plage, d'un bain à remous, d'une salle d'entraînement, de barbecues, la location est dotée de superbes équipements! L'unité dispose de 2 télévisions à écran plat - 55 dans le salon et 46 'à écran plat dans la chambre principale et 2 lecteurs DVD Blu-ray afin que vous puissiez profiter de vos locations de films GRATUITES en haute qualité. Il a également un ensemble de câbles amélioré. *** LIT DE SÉRÉNITÉ RÉGLABLE dans la chambre principale *** - RÉGLABLE POUR UN CONFORT MAXIMAL POUR LES AMATEURS DE SOUTIEN FERME ET SOUPLE !!!!!!! L'accès au balcon face à la plage se fait depuis le salon et une fois que vous sortez, la vue ne s'arrête jamais. Absolument aucun obstacle, le condo est juste sur la plage. Une grande caractéristique de cette unité sont les lits superposés dans le couloir aimé par les petits! Ils peuvent profiter de leur propre espace et les adultes se détendre. Une autre option pour les arrangements de couchage est un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle et des ustensiles et il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo pour vos besoins de lessive.

This was a very good experience we have been staying at another place for years and watched it go down over the years. After staying at your establishment we seen that we have been missing out on some very much needed quiet. The street this establishment is on is easy to get in and out and the people we met were all very friendly people . The appartment was very clean and felt more like our home thanks for letting us stay .

We had a great time staying here. Unit was as described, clean and adequate. A box of tissues should be included since this is a very basic need. My only complaint would be the use of the hot tub. People are not observing the 15 minute rule posted on the wall right beside the hot tub. Multiple evenings I saw a group of teens and a family staying in it for 1-1/2 hours. They seemed to be oblivious to other people wanting to use it. Perhaps a sign-up sheet for a time slot would be useful. Share the amenities people! I booked Pelican Isle because it had the hot tub. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it much.

We loved the view from the condo, and the stretch of beach was perfect for our kids. The condo was fine, but just be prepared to bring literally everything with you. They do mostly warn you of this in the app you’re supposed to download, but I did not read over everything. It’s much less complicated when you can just look at all of the checking in/out details and other info directly through vrbo rather than getting emails from a separate company and then being told there’s an app to download. We’re used to vacation rentals being much better appointed than this condo was. There were no kitchen towels, kitchen sponge, dishwasher pods/detergent, coffee filters, beach towels, salt/pepper…. You get a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. That’s it. My in-laws stayed down the beach at Sea Oats, and they had a cute basket filled with beach towels and some essentials to get them started. I regretted not booking there. I also got stuck in the elevator. The maintenance person told me they’ve been having issues with the elevator for a few weeks, but it never messes up when they have someone come out to fix it. I understand that this makes it hard for them to get it taken care, but I do think the people staying at the condo should be made aware of the situation. I did not have my phone with me, and the emergency thing in the elevator wasn’t working. I had to pound on the doors until someone heard me. I will avoiding booking a Brooks & Shorey property in the future.
