Une maison de ville mise à jour et bien aménagée. Deux chambres avec vue sur l'océan. Des panoramas parfaits à couper le souffle sur une eau cristalline et limpide. Pittoresque, accès à la plage privée. À distance de marche de Love Beach. Gated avec un parking privé. Situé à côté du Compass Point Beach Resort et en face du Studio Café et des restaurants Aqua Fire.
Compass Point est situé sur la côte nord de New Providence, entre Love Beach et Sandy Port. Le meilleur support de conques de l'île est juste à gauche à l'extérieur de la porte. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et débrancher complètement. Un grand balcon au bord de l'eau vous attend. Les planches à pagaie sont là pour votre plaisir. Les enfants sont les bienvenus. Et n'oubliez pas ce coucher de soleil!

It was cool to step back in time and live a little bit of island musical history. The condo is a garden townhouse with a nice courtyard, a beautiful and well stocked kitchen, DR and LR and with large deck looking out on a to die for view of the crystal blue NW Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Very responsive hosts, friendly fishermen and yummy restaurants within walking distance!

Waking to the sound of the ocean, followed by coffee on the deck that hangs over the ocean is pretty tough to beat. Great Condo, great amenities, great property manager, just great. Eagle rays swimming by on a regular basis, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or just sunning by the pool...amazing. 5 restaurants and a great beach that are all walkable....this was truly a GREAT vacation!!!

This property was stellar. Not only did it have the space we needed, there were tons of details that made it the perfect choice for our vacation. Our car rental reservation went unfulfilled so we took a taxi to the house. The driver commented on how lucky we were to be staying in this area. It was pitch black when we arrived so it wasn’t until the first morning that we discovered how amazing the property was! We ended up dining at Solemar twice (and ordering take out a few other times), had gelato from across the road almost daily, the fresh cooked conch fritters were afternoon snacks and we ended up having groceries delivered. Breakfast items in the fridge for the first morning were such a godsend! It really is a gem and we had a wonderful time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the property managers were very helpful.
