Hotel & Restaurant Pension Bei der Post

The hosts were very sweet and interactive. Anna is a great host and Richard as the co host is a very talented musician and singer as well. Enjoyed our time there.

Loved our overnight stay at this Guesthouse in Bacharach. Anna, the host, was so welcoming and could not do enough for us. She cooked us a delicious meal when we arrived, served us cold drinks and as it was a Saturday night, there was even an Entertainer so we all took part in karaoke which made for a fun night. The rooms were very clean, spacious and very comfortable each with an ensuite. Just be aware it is cash only at this accommodation. The Guesthouse is about a 20 min walk from the main town, there is a carpark directly opposite and it is free until 9am. A delicious breakfast the next morning served by Anna completed our overnight stay. We would certainly recommend staying at Hotel & Restaurant Pension Bei der Post.

It was an exceptional stay. The owners are a warm, lovely, hospitable couple who offered to drop me to the city centre on my first day and were incredibly kind throughout my visit. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was great too. I will always return to stay with them whenever I am here and would recommend them without hesitation.
