Splendide villa avec piscine privée, située à environ deux kilomètres de Pollença. Il a une grande terrasse couverte, avec une grande table, à l'avant, et une autre ouverte, avec barbecue, à l'arrière. La maison sur deux étages a un grand salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain et une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Un escalier impressionnant avec une belle balustrade mène au premier étage, où nous trouvons trois grandes chambres décorées dans un style classique et élégant, une avec une terrasse, et deux salles de bains, une en suite. Il a l'air conditionné dans les chambres. Il a le chauffage sur demande à un coût de 1,10 euros par litre. Le paiement est effectué à la fin du séjour, après vérification du comptoir.

the finca was beautiful, rustic, well appointed and surrounded in nature. If you are looking for somewhere secluded and quiet with loads of space this place is amazing. It’s a short drive to pollenca so a car is essential for everything, the villa is in the middle of working farmland so if you love animals you’ll love it and I’d advise if your not comfortable with wasps, mosquitoes, insectsa magnificent array of wildlife to consider less secluded places. Pep was amazing he visited daily to feed his animals our little boy spent time with him daily. This villa was his childhood family home and he talks about it and his animals and the land with such passion. Freshly grilled meat and fish from the BBQ outside on the beautiful giant family dining table over a few bottles of wine overlooking the beautiful mountains and olive groves for me was magical.

We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool, veranda and large outdoor table. We hired cars and drove into Pollenca regularly, to enjoy the beautiful town, the market and wonderful restaurants. There are lots of activities to explore nearby the 365 steps to a great view in the town, walking up the Puig de Maria hill, visiting the beautiful beach at Formentera, we can’t wait to come back again!

We had a lovely relaxing week focussed around golf and cycling and the location could not have been better. Pep was friendly, attentive and available. So, a very strong positive recommendation - the only thing that could be improved was the supply of hot water which was inconsistent, and at times inadequate

Pep's house was even better than the photos!! Very clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise to see that there is a horse and goats on the property and Pep was there every morning feeding them and saying good morning while we had our coffee on the veranda. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Mallorca. It slept 2 families of 4 easily and the central location on the island means that anywhere is no more than an hour away. The town of Pollenca, where the property is located, is beautiful and has many options for dining and sightseeing, if you choose to stay local. Thank you Pep and we look forward to seeing you again!!
