Super séjour dans le RIAD EVA. Emplacement top , petit dej nickel mention spécial à Souleymane qui était aux petits soins pour nous peu importe l’heure

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement proche de la place Jemaa El Fna. Le ménage est fait le matin. Le personnel était gentil et nous a aidé lorsqu’il fallait trouver un taxi pour reprendre l’avion.

Le lieu indiqué par Google maps lorsque l’on clique sur le lien de booking ne correspond pas au Riad. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver le bon et personne ne répondait au téléphone. La connexion wifi n’était pas top. Et nous avons eu des cafards dans la chambre.

On the positive side, the tagine was very tasty, the air conditioning worked well, and the gentleman serving us was kind and friendly.

The location shown on the map does not match the actual location of the hotel. You have to walk down a dark side alley to find it. If a street vendor hadn't guided us there for a small tip, I'm not sure we would have found the hotel at all. We had booked two triple rooms but were given only one. The second room was a tiny double room where the toilet was only about 40 cm (16 inches) from the bed, separated only by a curtain instead of a door. When I firmly complained, we were told that nothing could be changed for the first night, but they would move us for the following two nights. As compensation, we were promised dinner. However, it gradually became clear that we couldn't order from the menu. Instead, we were told we could have only one dish, and they weren't even sure what ingredients they would be able to buy at the market. In the end, we received a single tagine, which was nowhere near enough to feed our entire family. We had to go to the main square, which is relatively close, to finish our dinner. Breakfast is normally served from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Since we had an early departure, we asked for breakfast or a takeaway package at 6:30 a.m. on our last morning. Even though we were on the rooftop on time, breakfast wasn't served until 6:45 a.m. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting. One of the rooms also had a strong sewage smell coming from the drains.

The rooftop and the location were really amazing.

The put us in the room downstairs and it was really musty and damp. What was not so nice is that my friend heard animal noises the whole night (must have been something like a mouse or rat)
