Good location for beach and local pub.
The only comment I would make is that perhaps complimentary coffee, tea and milk sachets would have helped after a four hour journey.
This apartment is predominantly for longer stays and we were fortunate to be able to book a single night. Just a thought as the price was comparable to other B&B where complimentary tea, coffee can be accessed on arrival.

we had a great holiday visiting st ives and nearby places. good location, close to the beach. clean apartment. friendly helpful and genuine staff even at surfing academy
living room carpet was bit old and dirty. no private garden as shown in photos. bit misleading. dish washer had some technical issues but Tyson was there to help promptly.

The location was great and the apartment was beautifully clean and also very quiet. The bed was really comfortable!
The apartment was quite hard to keep warm, even with the radiator permanently on. I was surprised that certain items listed under the apartment (like coffee maker, hairdryer) weren't actually available and had to be requested. Not a big deal, but could have been made available to prevent having to send messages and wait for delivery.
Perhaps more loo roll could have been provided, too! Just 1 roll for a 3 night/4 day stay went very quickly.
