The place is really pretty, the balcony is gorgeous and the outside of the house is beautiful! There are 2 bathrooms which is nice ! And the kitchen is very functional, the neighbourhood is really quiet and about 30min from Palma and 30min from each edge lf the island which is great.

Water came in the apartment when it rains through the doors that leads to the balcony. The main room’s bathroom has a nasty smell. Also the apartment is only accessible by car but there a NEVER any space to park which is upsetting, you have to park up to 10min away every night… and I forgot my camera which was never returned to me even though I asked multiple times and it took a whole a whole month the get an answer…

het uitzicht was top huis met alles er op en er aan bbq die er niet was werd in de middag keurig gebracht minpuntje was slecht te parkeren in de buurt

er is bij het huis een inpandige garage zou makkelijk zijn als je daar kunt parkeren

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse, die dazu einlädt, beim Frühstückskaffee den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Lage günstig, um ruhig zu wohnen und mit dem Mietwagen Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Insel zu unternehmen. Gute Ausstattung an Möbeln und Küchenbedarf, allerdings keinerlei Grundbedarf an Gewürzen, nicht mal Salz oder Öl. Wir haben alles im Kilopack oder der Literflasche kaufen müssen und un der Wohnung zurückgelassen. Vielleicht bleibt es ja für den nächsten Bewohner da und wird nicht weggeworfen. Unglaublich sauber, alles von den Zimmern über die Bädern bis hin zur Terrasse.

Das eine Bad roch leider fast permanent nach Kanalisation und muffelte dann, wenn man die Tür nicht zumachte, in die ganze Wohnung. Lüften half nicht. Trotz der tollen Sauberkeit hatten wir zweimal Besuch von einer Monsterschabe (Ausmaße, die man aus Deutschland nicht gewohnt ist!!! 😵‍💫)

We had an amazing stay in this home! We loved absolutely everything. The city view was beautiful, and the house had all the amenities we needed. There were 5 of us, and having two bathrooms was really convenient. One of the ceiling fans in a bedroom wasn’t working properly, but the owner brought a new one the very same day after I mentioned it. We’re really happy with our stay and truly appreciate how the owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shout-out for the amazing terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner every day. I even celebrated my 20th birthday there! Highly recommended!

This is more of a general downside rather than a flaw of the home itself: there is no parking space. If you’re renting a car, be prepared to spend time every day looking for available parking in the surrounding area. However, we are truly grateful that the owner informed us exactly where we are allowed to park in Mallorca and where we are not.
