オーナーさん、スタッフさんの感じが良かった。
ロケーションを考えるとこのお値段で泊まれるのはありがたい。
ベッドが上で荷物を持ってあがるのは大変だけれど、荷物置き場が広く使いやすかった。
シャワー、トイレの数が少ないので少し不便。（承知の上での宿泊のため不満は無し）
朝早くに共用場所が使いにくいので早出には気を遣う。

We took a taxi in the rain and got there early, so we were super grateful when a Holiday worker at Koya helped us carry our heavy backpacks inside. Strolling through the Hoshino Resort area which was a 15-minute walk —with its lovely stream, ponds, and cozy restaurants—was easily the highlight of our time in Karuizawa. Between that and the Stone Cave Church, it was definitely the most memorable part of the trip.
We were fully occupied hiking and taking in Harunire Terrace in Karuizawa, so we didn't end up using the kitchen or shower room at all.

It was very comfortable. The host was nice and supportive. The surroundings of the stay are also very nice and scenic in the rainy season.
It's not that I didn't like it but just as a suggestion that if hot spring or bathtub in an open area can be arranged then this can add a wow factor.

nice location. all was very clean.
the guy who works there was a bit strange. we arrived for check in at the same time with another couple and he didn’t know what to do so he acted very nervous and awkward. seemed like it’s his first steps in hospitality business, definitely needs some more experience.
