Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus - Special Category

This was our first hotel experience with Metropolitan and honestly, it couldn’t have been more beautiful. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, specially Mr. Ferat and Mr. Burak. They were not just hotel staff to us they felt like our brothers and family in Turkey. They helped us with everything and always greeted us with the warmest smiles, treating us like guests in their own home. They were so kind and friendly. Our room was beautiful, and the breathtaking Bosphorus view made our stay even more special. Everything was cozy, peaceful, and simply perfect. Thank you, Mr. Ferat and Mr. Burak, for making our stay in Turkey so memorable. We truly felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Perfect location, good views from the rooftop restaurant and breakfast area. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Smoking ‘nargile’ was allowed at the restaurant.

The best hotel for me in Istanbul and I always consider it as my first option. The location is exceptional specially it is close to Tram And Kabatash Line also Galata Port is few minutes away The rooms are clean and if you take the Bosphorus view it is very nice The Staff are very kind respectful and helpful always there for everything specially Recep, Ilyas Ferat and Emircan and all the rest. Go there and enjoy your stay

Breakfast food is ok but staff should be fired
