If you want a place that you can feel part of Tarpon Springs, then this is the place for you. The house is minutes walking to the Sponge Docks. The host has this house set up so all you have to do is bring a suitcase. The kitchen was set up so we had two different coffee pots, which worked out great. The house was immaculate. Loved sitting on the porch. The host also had beach chairs available along with beach towels, umbrella etc. Also I would like to say the best first aid kit that I have seen in any vacation rental. Everything was great. Great air conditioner as they had two thermostats one for downstairs and upstairs. Also the stairs are wide and very easy to get up. (we are all elderly) I can not say enough about this place. We did Honeymoon beach and took the boat over to the island from Honeymoon. Thank you for sharing this awesome place.

Beautiful home. Absolutely wonderful location!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo property overall. There were six of us ladies staying, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our group. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was very convenient for our book festival. That said, there are a couple of things future guests should be aware of. Parking was more limited than expected, especially for a group our size, so it would be helpful if clearer details were provided ahead of time. Additionally, there is a tenant living on the premises, which wasn’t clearly communicated in the listing. While it didn’t cause any major issues (other than parking), knowing this in advance would have helped set expectations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but improved transparency about parking and on-site occupancy would make the experience even better.

If you’re looking for a very nice place with 4 bedrooms this is it. It’s very nice, very clean, stocked with coffee and all kinds of goodies. Plenty of Kpods, regular coffee, full kitchen with all utensils etc. Wrap around porch, plenty of seats outside. TV in every room with ROKU. We had a great stay. The property manager stopped by to personally check on us day 1 and then didn’t bother us. She was very friendly and cared about the property etc. The only thing I wish it had was an outdoor grill. Otherwise it was top notch.
