The host was very responsive and helpful.The apartment is in the perfect location for us, right on to poniente beach and nice and quiet. There is building work across the road but thankfully for us our stay was during a bank holiday and weekend so no one was working.

The host was great the appartment was excellent for 23.99 a day. I only paid 670.00 pounds for 28 nights brilliant. If you had a family of four so cheap for a holiday in benidorm, close to the beach, close to benidorm city centre. Excellent.

The family stayed here for 4 weeks. This is a large and practical apartment, with a fantastic location right on the beach. The place is quiet, and you sleep well, with the sound of the waves, all night long. The beds are good. The sun shines before 1 pm and warms the apartment until it sets in the evening with spectacular colors. Delicious. Unfortunately for our children, the pool was closed, but we swam in the sea. I would have started the chainsaw myself, to achieve an even better view from the apartment, which is located on the first floor. Since we are traveling with children, we like the simple stand, without fancy and exclusive furniture and newly renovated surfaces. Really relaxing. In the vicinity you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Cleanliness and contact with the host, absolutely perfect. Considering the price we paid, we give the place the highest possible score. Thank you for letting us borrow it.

Appartement tres lumineux très pres de la plage Poniente (30 mts). Belles vues mère et montaigne.
Urbanisation avec jardins, supermarchet, tennis, piste polideportive et piscine pour grands et petits. Chambre principale avec grand lit, fénêtre sur la plage. Salon avec terrasse fermée pour habiter toute l'année et jouir du soleil.

Lovely area, nice apartment. Owner, Luis ,very helpful. I like to have a TV so no point saying you have one if there are no English channels! Thought there should have been at least one towel change for a 9 day stay. I think this is a fair and hopefully helpful assessment.
