The property was in excellent location and the service was too good also the cleaning guys and staffs were very qood and helpful. The welcome drinks made our mind refresh.

The only thing i didn’t like is the sliding shower glass door was loose and it almost fell down on me while taking bath i manage to hold it and keep it back.

Host was good, allowed early check in, and we enjoyed a nice apartment. There was a fridge and laundry which was really beneficial for us. The place was also really well kept and clean

No lift in the building however we were on Level 2 so it wasn’t as bad. Also it’s about 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a bit far from other places however it’s close by to a metro or you can walk to most places.

The location was really good. It is within walking distance of two different metro stations and overall in a nice area with lots of nice stores around for pastries, cheese etc. The room was a good size for two people and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The property also felt safe and had good access control. I also enjoyed the free luggage storage for before and after check out. the neighbourhood is quiet at night which we enjoyed.

There was no air conditioning and this upset me because when I looked at the listing originally on bookings.com and on Numa’s app specifically - it stated there was an aircon however when we arrived there was no such aircon and the listing detail has since changed which I felt was not very transparent. I don’t think I would have booked it if I knew there was no aircon. There is a ceiling fan and this did help but I can imagine if it is summer, it would be too unbearably hot in the room to sleep. As an apology - we got two free cold drinks which was unfortunately not enough to make up for the lack of aircon and transparency .The hotel is also nearby a primary school and it is quite noisy outside in the morning but this did not bother us too much.

Very noisy! School across the street and a lot of street noise nonstop.
