The location

The mould and damp in the two bedroom. The fact that you couldn’t open windows. No fans in the bathrooms. The bath/shower combo you couldn’t get it to be either one or the other do water poured out both at the same time wasting and using up the hot water. The fact that there was hair and contact lenses on the floor in one of the rooms. The fact that I changed the booking from 5 to 4 adults but the sofa bed was still made up when we put it back as a sofa the dust dirt and chips that were under it was off putting. The fact that the photos in the advertising were not all for our apartment and we were expecting a different apartment to what we got. Way tooooo many emails so it was difficult to find the info needed. Please rethink this and put all important info in fact form into one document to prevent confusion for guests.

It is very spacious. It has everything you need. If you don’t have a vehicle The bus system is right outside or most things you can walk to, a little bit of a hike but doable

Can see the stairs being an issue for someone with mobility issues

Location, easy accessibility, security

Cobwebs, damp smell, lack of blinds on skylight. Tree branch bangs on skylight

Emplacement et autonomie

Froid, bruyant, et trop lumineux
