Nice cold AC! It was nice to have a wagon available for the beach. The place was very clean. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Public beach was nice, it had bathrooms and rinsing stations.
I was disappointed that the walk to the beach was pretty far. We managed to find a public parking lot off of South Forest Drive, which made it a lot easier to get to the beach.

The owners were very responsive when we got confused about the entry instructions. The accommodations were comfortable.
The unit is on the second floor, and the wooden stairs were a little scary when wet. We liked the proximity to the beach (short walk), but we had to cross a 4-lane street to the beach access and the access was not close to a crosswalk. As an adult couple, we were fine with it, but I would not have wanted to cross with small children.

Very quiet location and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and attractive decor.

The property was comfortable and clean, had extra amenities, such as kitchenwarekitchenware and extra stuff you wouldn’t find in just any place plus the owners responded for the most part right away, and were very understanding

Location was great! Bed was comfortable. Very clean! Great rate! Owners were very thorough with information.
TV was difficult to operate. We are not familiar with Roku so that was a problem. Had to watch Gamecock game on an iPad.

This property was so clean and tidy! The condo had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location was very convenient to all of Hilton Head and was also only a short walk to the beach.

I like the Beach,Shopping , being with my family and the owner email,checking on how was our checking in and asking was the condo clean..The condo was clean .
What I didnt like about the condo were the chairs,and sofa were dirty .The condo furniture need updating carpet in the bedrooms need replacing, i seen some roaches and the toilet was running all the time(email them about running toilet and they replied they will get it fix).

We enjoyed the items for the beach: cart, kite, chairs. We also liked how the towels were presented.
Some people from our group smelled some cigarette smell in the carpet. The kitchen sink disposal did not work and we used a plunger.

Great price! Great location! The property owners are very helpful. They provide a lot of recommendations.
Everything was clean and we really appreciated how the property owners supplied towels, and detergents, as well as other things you might forget to pack!
The walk to the beach was easy!
The only complain I have is the master bedroom mattress. It is not very comfortable, but it wasn’t that big a deal.
