Being right on the beach and close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
One morning, some people under the pool at 5 AM. We’re loud on their balcony and it was not corrected by Management. We had to call and yell at the customers.

I always wanted to try Henann because of my friend's recommendation. They did not disappoint. Breakfast was delicious, in-room dining also, by the pool, even their BBQ nights was delicious. The massage by the pool was amazing. The pool itself was spacious and good. The beachfront is spectacular. The staff were 100% helpful, always smiling, ready to serve whatever they can. 1000% would recommend. And we opt for their transfers also and it was so smooth. So good.

The hotel has a good beachfront location and is about a 10-minute walk from D’Mall. This was my second stay at a Henann hotel, with my first being at Henann Regency.
We booked a room with direct pool access, but I later felt that it was not worth the extra cost. A room closer to the main pool and bar area would have been better. The pools are separated into two areas, so you have to cross over to reach the other side.
Overall, I felt that I was mostly paying for the Henann brand. There are many other hotels in Boracay offering a similar level of quality at a lower price. Both Henann Palm Beach and Henann Regency also felt quite old and dated.
