Pas de frigo, bizarre pour ce genre d’hôtel

Ayant passé deux nuits à l’hôtel,le lit n’a pas été refait ni les serviettes de toilettes changées. Nous avons retrouvé la chambre le soir tel que nous l’avions laissé le matin….

I booked the hotel mainly for its location and the swimming facility. The staff are super friendly, and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

I found out only one day before I travel that the whole wellness facility is being renovated. I understand, but it's not really worth the money comparing to other hotels in the city center. The tempreture is the room is a bit too low in this weather. The airco is in the cooling mood and cannot be changed. After I turn it off, it's better but still not feeling any warmth. There is a slight bad smell in the shower in the morning. The breakfast is standard and a bit pricy.

A good location to be able to walk around the city & the best lady in the Spa who gave me two amazing treatments. The second treatment I needed to help me mobilise after terrible sleep in the most uncomfortable beds.

Lack of information about the location & events happening around the city, obviously not used to English speaking people. We were using the hotel as a stop in between our two cities and we were rather disappointed in lack of communication as no option for English translation. Food average & very expensive for what it was. No dinner available for residents after 7.30pm although it was listed as 9pm the hotel was not full so very disappointed The most uncomfortable beds in the world & ended up having extra treatment to be able to be mobile. Housekeeping was struggling to provide clean bedding as beds smelt terrible with a mouldy musty smell.
