The basics, excellent bed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast with great choice. The restaurant was superb and staff throughout the hotel were attentive and helpful

I really liked the valet parking service, and the location was great. Everything was very convenient and made my experience even better.

The toilet needs some maintenance and attention.

Staff were very well trained, friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was lovely, and other facilities, like the restaurant, were great. I'm just sad I didn't have more time there!

Clarity over usage of the pool/gym facilities could have been better.

Very beautiful old building grand entrance; old style luxury…

Came in late from a flight from London; wanted a quick drink and nibble at the bar (it was after 22:00). Ordered a champagne (good selection by the glass and very nice) and some gyoza’s… After about 5m a blonde lady (I assume floor manager) came in an started berating the bartender for taking the food order. She did this within earshot, which i found fairly distasteful as that conversation could have been had away from customers. The bartender was very apologetic and explained that had changed the serving hours for food a month ago (imo that was all that needed to be said). When i left the hotel in the morning there was no doorman (Sunday morning not busy); went back in and the lady at reception had to order my taxi. PS the revolving door to get in is extremely awkward to get in when you have multiple pieces of luggage (guess what the doorman can actually fold them; if he’s there!). Overall pretty disappointing service at a fairly reputable establishment; would not choose to stay again!
