The room booked was on the plaza side, but there was a festival on those days and the staff was kind enough to move me in a quieter room and re-imburse the price difference.
Breakfast is always very good with plentiful buffet options and also on-demand dishes such omelettes.
The location is very central to the city and within walking distance from every major sightseeing.
Not much to dislike about the hotel, but do note that the structure is within an old building, so the rooms and locations are not very modern. The entrance to the hotel is in a backside alley which might be a bit scarier for solo people at late times.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fridge and kettle in the room were useful.
The noise from outside was so loud until really late! The fact that I had not been warned upon booking that the hotel was under renovation and therefore rubble in the corridors.
The lift system to go directly to my room was confusing as there are two Floor 3's.
The room was very dated and didn't like the toilet being separate to the bathroom.
