Echt vakantie: het huis is prachtig ingericht en heeft alles wat we nodig hadden. Veel meer dan in een hotel - zo relaxed om lekker op de bank te kunnen zitten én om uitgebreid te kunnen koken. Veel ruimte in het huis, parkeren voor de deur, centrale ligging op Texel en loopafstand van het centrum met leuke terrasjes. Ook in de tuin in de zon kunnen zitten. Het was bovendien heel schoon. Ik zou het zo iedereen aanraden! Heerlijk!
De raambekleding aan de voorkant is wel lichtdoorlatend dus (zeker in de avond donker buiten, met het licht binnen aan) had je best wat inkijk vanaf de straat. Dat is misschien iets dat jullie nog kunnen verbeteren.

As others have mentioned, the building is still being finalized but we were there over the weekend so there was no construction and it was quiet.
We didn't meet staff in person but instructions were proactively share and very clear.
The apartment is very spacious and tastefully set up. It felt like going to a very neat friend's apartment. We instantly regretted not having booked a longer stay, as it really made us want to get comfortable. We slept great in the beds (Fletcher mattresses and pillows)
An unexpected great surprise: they had left us chips, cookies and beers produced locally. It made our day and it was delicious.
There isn't a lot to cook with but we still made the most out of it and loved the high countertops.

The apartment is brand new with great facilities. Lots of space for a family not feel cramped. We really enjoyed the sauna! Walking into Den Burg centre was very quick with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to enjoy!

Modern apartment with potential, but it had initial cleanliness issues (the host resolved them promptly).
Modern facilities and new accommodation.
Very responsive and polite customer service.
When we raised serious concerns about cleanliness and amenities, management immediately took full responsibility and promptly issued a 30% refund without hesitation.
Upon arrival, there were significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a wet toilet floor with a strong odour, dirty wine glasses, an unemptied Nespresso machine, and a strong chemical/paint odour from recent construction.
Lacks basic conveniences like nowhere to hang coats.
While the host was quick to rectify the situation financially, the initial condition fell well below expected standards for a new property.
