Nous voyagions avec une personne en situation de handicap et on nous a changé de chambre; le personnel s'est montré tré attentionné pour nous aider. nous recommanderons volontiers cet établissement.

The location ia really good, just a few blocks away from supermarket, train station.

Private bathroom was supposed to be included in my reservation and when I arrived there, they gave me a room with no bathroom.

L accueil de son personnel et surtout l aide à chaque questionnement. Surtout le moustachu au crâne rasé.

Dans notre chambre 319,les installations sanitaires étaient trop étroites et non fonctionnelles pour une cuve wc mal positionné. Pour une chambre à 3 lits,c etait très désagréable de savoir que la porte ne savait pas se fermer et aussi même si asseoir sur la cuve c était trop difficile.

The Quentin Arrive hotel is a short walk from the central station. It's hard to miss with the giant yellow letters spelling hotel on the outside of the building. Its reception and dining area have massive windows so you can take in the streets of Amsterdam and the goings on. Our room was clean with beautifully arranged sheets, lots of plug points, a desk, TV and a view of the street. Although the toilets and shower are communal there was a sink in the room and cups and soap provided. The breakfast was generous and wide ranging including bacon and eggs, fruit, bread and warm croissants, juices and coffee. Checkout was easy.

The member of staff who met us was very friendly but there was an online check in process we had to complete on arrival plus a £100 deposit though we had paid for our room in advance. Fortunately this was refunded in a couple of days. We were on the second floor with a fairly heavy suitcase and the lift was out of order but the carpeted stairs are quite had to climb with baggage. Our single glazed window opened easily and widely into the street which may be a concern for families with small children. As it was a Saturday night we could hear people enjoying themselves all around the locality. Each door slams loudly when closed and after midnight there were doors slamming and being banged on frequently.
