The staff was very attentive and helpful, the bedroom was clean and very cozy. The neighborhood was very nice.
The restaurant was good but it’s the only item that I think could be better.

Clean, comfortable and safe area. Easy access to Congonhas airport.
Room is spacious with a comfortable living area.
Airplane take off path. It can be quite noisy area during the day as it is very close to airport.

Though there is a kitchen it had no utensils no kettle or coffee maker nothing

Location. Moema is a great neighbourhood to stay in São Paulo. Many bars and restaurant nearby, easy to get a taxi/uber, shopping mall nearby, etc. Property is OK. Apartment was clean and generally comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit below expectation. Bed was also not very comfortable. The apartment could do with an update in furniture. And, of course, if you stay in Moema, you have to accept the noise of airplanes, given the short distance to Congonhas airport.
