Breakfast Buffet is awesome! Also location who is at the Expo Center Norte (walking distance) and shopping is around the corner.
Check-Out was a disaster. Friday morning, only two members of the staff were doing a big line. Had to wait 20 minutes for a simple check-out.

Super well located next to the bus terminal we needed to get to the next day. Stunning lobby and super welcoming staff. Comfy and spacious room, with huge beds and bathroom.
There was a built in bedside table for each bed in the room, except one was missing (you could tell from the big gap and fixtures on the wall). AC was pretty much all good, except 16 degrees felt the same as 24, but likely this was just specific to our room.

The location was good as it was walking distance from the Expo Norte. The staff was courteous although not many spoke in English.
The swimming pool was not open. Although property was listed as having a pool, this was closed when we arrived for check-in.
The drain in the wash basin in the toilet was moving the waste water slowly.
The hotel did not have an ironing board in the room and on request provided just a low powered iron without the board. This was inconvenient to iron clothes.
