We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers many activities for children, which made the experience especially enjoyable for families. The kids always had something to do and really enjoyed the facilities and activities. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality throughout our stay.
One thing we found disappointing was that the bicycles are available only for an additional charge. At a hotel of this level, we felt that bike rental could have been included or offered complimentary for a certain amount of time. We also found the spa opening hours a little limited and would have appreciated longer hours, especially in the evening.

My family and I loved everything about this resort! It was one of the most special experiences we’ve had and we were genuinely sad to leave when it came time for us to check-out. From the delicious food to the daily planned kids and family activities, there was something there for everyone. The pool and waterslides are fantastic, as well as the cosy relaxation area too. We will also hold fond memories of this incredible place.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the water slides and pools, the food was excellent and well-presented. Wonderful chefs who were happy to adjust things for children and create a plate of just what they would enjoy. Nice ambiance. The setting is super with very easy access to the beautiful Alpine scenery. It’s expensive but by the end of your stay you realise why. Top tip: do the alpaca walk!
