The staff was wonderful! Always ready to help. The location was great! Very close to Grand Canal which made it easy to go anywhere. Will definitely stay there again

location, location, location. every hotel in Venice sightseeing area is expensive. this hotel is easily accessible from the piers and thus convenient. Good shower. We paid for the breakfast buffet which is good value with variety of food. We love the pancakes. The receiptionists are friendly and nice. We can store the luggage after checkout to do sightseeing before our departure.
things are quite old, but guessed it was all the same with the hotels near san marco as buildings are of many years in that area.

We loved the location, had a lovely view of the courtyard, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size and beds were comfortable
Didn’t like leaving my key behind, we didn’t feel like our belongings were safe enough, so carried everything important with us and kept our luggage locked when we weren’t in the room

An amazing little trip back in time. Simple rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. There’s absolutely nothing you needed that wasn’t available. Staff were friendly. Location was FANTASTIC - unbeatable. 3 min walk to San Zaccaria Vaporetto - 3 mins walk to the basilica. We’ll return for sure.
