Great staff, quiet, beautiful rooms and super relaxing. A bit of an oasis.
Pillows but that's cool as everyone's different with what they like.

The location made it a really peaceful place to stay. Mountain views and dark skies were great and the staff were very welcoming.
Breakfast was a little disappointing.

The room was great! While we didn't use it, we had a fireplace which would have been great if we were in the mood. The bathroom, shower, and tub were all great as well. We also really enjoyed our dinner and the cats that were hanging out in the dining room!
Wasn't a huge deal but you have to pick your dinner options ahead of time. I understand why and it's totally reasonable, but it's just tough since you have to guess how you'll be feeling and what you'll want by dinner time. We were pretty full when we ordered so we didn't get much, but at dinner we were hungrier and saw an app that looked amazing.
Also minor but everyone was so quiet - we could barely hear what people were saying to us. It didn't have much of an impact on our overall experience but it was a little bizarre!
