The property is very nice, cosy and comfortable. But the most valuable is the staff attitude which is 10 of 10. Thank you for your professionalism and see you again.

Location is great.
1. I had booked the room for the previous night as i was landing at 7am. when i got there i was made to wait for 25 mins till the room was made ready. defeats the purpose of booking the room for an extra night!
2. During the day, 2:30pm, there was loud drilling and banging in the next room to me. i had to cut a work call short. No warning given or anything. very very disappointing.
3. Room was cleaned, but no towels were given - they came about 5 hours later in the afternoon / early evening. absurd.
4. To get to the gym / pool, you literally have through a worksite.
