Beautiful location, comfortable and sufficient for a small family. Loved the kitchen and the space was not too bad. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was lovely. The restaurant is really underrated, the food is phenomenal

Location is great, room is spacious.
Staff doesn’t pay full attention to detail.
1. Food get sent to my room, that’s not mine
2. A house keeping team comes to my room at 8am to service the room despite my “do not disturb signage at the door”
3. Cleaning of the room leaves so much to desire.. empty soap container transoms in same place even after room service:cleaning. Certain removable stains on the bathroom floor remained there till I checked out, three nights later
4. Boom gate access barcode was never offered to me for easy access to am from the property on my vehicle (speaking to poor attention to details)

Location and spacious room
Hotel is looking tired and needs a revamp. Both smoke detectors in room were missing. Toilet cistern very slow filling and noisy. No ramp for people to pull luggage to reception, have to carry luggage. TV is very small for room size.
