Ancient building; amazing view; walking distance to the main square; well maintained; good air system in the bathroom; good air conditioning; beautiful village
Breakfast well below expectations (however the location is nice), with dry cakes and croissants, extra charge for eggs (excepts for boiled eggs), watery cappuccino; however breakfast at the bar in the main square is cheap and good.
No umbrella at the pool, so no sun beds in the shade when outdoors was 38 degrees.

Our room was spacious and airy, with a well-equipped studio kitchen. The location was lovely, at the top of a hill with an absolutely stunning view across Soriano nel Cimino, and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Highly recommend this place for a couples getaway north of Rome.
The hotel charged €4 per towel for pool towels, which seemed a bit out of character for a property such as this. They also did not tell us about the lack of pool towels at check-in, so we went up to the pool expecting there to be pool towels and there were none there (and none in our room). That was the only (very minor!) blip in our stay.

L'emplacement géographique pour visiter la Tuscia et les régions voisines (Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bomarzo, Todi, etc.). L'appartement était bien agencé. Le personnel très gentil et serviable et l'aide pour les bagages à partir du parking.
Le manque d'eau chaude dans les douches. Le parking assez éloigné et le parcours vraiment très abrupt pour arriver à l'hôtel (heureusement, on vient chercher vos bagages). Déconseillé pour les personnes âgées et/ou marchant avec difficulté. Le buffet matinal pourrait être amélioré. L'appartement était très sombre et donnait sur la ruelle et ne voyait jamais le soleil (il fallait allumer les lumières pendant la journée).
