Food great nice surroundings room quite good soundproofing plenty of space around grounds
Facilitys around main bar area not good ie: not enough staff long wait at times on evenings. Also at roof top bar if wanting to take drink to room cant understand why they pour it from one plastic glass to another one drink ruined by this

We had a signature room and the extra amenities were lovely. All the concierge staff were very helpful with any questions or support we needed. The buffet was honestly better than I expected and the pool (and staff at the pool) were also great. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and the spa experience and massage I had were fantastic!
If I'm being VERY nitpicky, the amenities in the spa could have been a bit better (e.g. shampoo/conditioner in the shower, etc.) and some of the pool bits were broken. Also, the "high end" restaurant (Gaucho) was honestly our worst meal of the trip. The steak was shoe leather but we didn't have time to send it back.

Room was really well decorated , we had a good view and bed was comfy.. showers were fab .
Lack of atmosphere around pool / couldnt eat a pool area - no menu .. drink service was very poor at pool area - was easier to go and get own -- so service was poor.. Bar staff grumpy not very friendly. Roof top lacked atmophere no entertainment the night we went up after 10 pm .. Breakfast queues crazy ,, we were all inclusive .. cocktails weren't the best plus you could only choose a few ( as part of the all inclusive ) ... The food tuck was nice / but menu limited .. surprised you couldn't even get a pizza .. ? surely thats a basic
