DoubleTree by Hilton Malta

it is a big hotel with lots of guests but it seemed well organised particularly at meals. We liked the 18+ area for eating.

In the room, there is a random, unnecessary cupboard at high level above the fridge and tea making area. We hit our heads many times.

Les peignoirs de bain, grandes serviettes et chaussons étaient manquantes dans les chambres, nous étions obligés d’aller au Spa ou dans les piscines pour en avoir des grandes ou en plus.

Excellent Hotel – Wonderful Staff I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. What really stood out to me, though, was how the staff Shakeel and Tanja went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my mobile phone in the transfer vehicle. My phone had all my important information on it, including my booking details, boarding pass and credit cards, so I was extremely worried when I realised it was missing. The hotel staff Shakeel and Tanja were absolutely amazing! They took the time to help me, contacted the relevant people and did everything they could to assist me in getting my phone back. Their kindness, patience and genuine concern made such a stressful situation so much easier for me. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help. It is moments like this that really show the quality of a hotel and the people who work there. The hotel itself was excellent, but it was the wonderful staff and their exceptional customer service that made my stay particularly memorable. Thank you to everyone who helped me — I truly appreciate everything you did. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 5 stars from me!    Fantastic hotel and exceptional staff!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel – highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Malta. The hotel is in a beautiful location, our room was spotless, comfortable and very well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Loved the choices of different location to sunbath, pools and restaurants on site. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my stay even more special. A beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🇲🇹❤️

Belle chambre et calme pour la 2ème partie de notre séjour (vue mer et piscine). Situation de l'hôtel et propreté. A côté de la gare routière pour prendre le bus pour visiter l'île. Amabilité du personnel

Première partie du séjour, une chambre minuscule ainsi que la douche (personne enveloppée s'abstenir) et sous le passage des bus dès 4 heures du matin ! Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien et varié. Pas apprécié le déjeuner et dîner, nourriture pour les anglais ! Au bar cocktails très light, beaucoup de glaçons donc quasiment que de l'eau ! si c'était à refaire nous ne prendrions pas le al inclusive Partie du bar un peu petite pour les animations du soir.
