Tout le personnel que nous avons pu rencontrer (réception, restauration, agent de surface , service étage) : souriants, bienveillants, agréables , courtois.

Nice modern and large hotel on main road and bus route. Large open areas to chill or socialise. We had a large suite room with a balcony, view not great but, yes sea glimpse and unfortunately at the time of our visit a crane. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner with tables cleared quickly and a good selection of food. Not an awful lot of choice for vegetarians but ok. Bus stop opposite for returns from Valetta and the like and to the port and 4 minutes walk to stop for Valetta All staff friendly and helpful Plenty of other places to eat around but we were on DBB

The Spa and roof top pool were amazing. The breakfast food was great and provided a great start to the day.

We had an issue with a shower leak when we first arrived that caused an issue but staff were helpful and we ended up being moved to another room and from then on our stay was wonderful.

I booked 3 superior twin rooms and was disappointed that one had a balcony so small you couldn’t fit on there with the table and chairs so I had to pay to upgrade, the other two rooms had lovely spacious balconies. Also my elderly relatives had a broken shower and could only use the hose as a hand held shower which is not great when you are 80 plus years of age, the hotel did attempt to fix it multiple times but to no avail so considering the expense of ensuring comfort these 2 issues were not acceptable but otherwise the hotel is amazing
