Very close to train station. Lovely room in an old building. Loved the extras like water and champagne. Slippers and eye masks nice touch. Yuri very helpful at checking and were able to check us in esrlier which was helpful. Lovely garden after you come through entrance.

The bed was soft, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The hosts were lovely people, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Rome. It is very close to the main train station, which also has metro connections and several bus stops. You can easily get around the city from there. We stayed for two nights, and on both mornings, around 6–7 AM, there was some noise from a few people talking quite loudly in front of the building across the street. Closing the windows noticeably reduced the noise, although it did not block it completely. However, Rome has so much to explore, and you tend to be so tired after a full day of sightseeing that it did not disturb our sleep at all. The cleaning lady was also very sweet and friendly. The building is very well maintained, and there is an elevator, which is a nice bonus. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place!

It would have been nice to have a bit more storage space in the room.

Terrible internet : had to go into hallway to get any service. When asked host about it was told was due to a storm, but was terrible before, during and after strom.

This property is very central just a couple of blocks away from Termini, which suited the purpose of our trip.

We thought we had booked a double hotel room. However the accommodation turned out to be a small apartment with a kitchen. We didn't mind that, except that it looked nothing like the photos on the booking.com listing - the photos on the listing were of nicely decorated rooms, however ours seemed 'unrefurbished' by comparison. Unfortunately it fell some way short of our expectations on arrival and disappointing because we had booked ages in advance. The listing described a court yard view, but our unit was at the rear overlooking the backs of other properties. The accommodation was a bit dark and dingy and looked a bit shabby - the ceilings were unpainted for example and the bathroom had not been modernised (only a shower curtain, and the floor was drowned when you take a shower etc). There were only power points on one side of the bed, so only one bedside lamp and you could only charge devices on one side, which was a bit annoying. The kitchenette needed a deep clean and was not properly kitted out - there was not a full set of cutlery for two people (eg only one dessert spoon!) and no washing up brush or cloth was provided. There were dirty cleaning cloths hanging on the washing line outside the kitchen window. When we turned on the tap the water ran brown for a minute but we had not been told not to drink the water. The courtyard was a nice space, but there were signs everywhere saying guests were not permitted to sit out there, and in any case there were no seats. We considered complaining to the management, but it was apparently fully booked for the dates we were there, and there was little else available nearby by that stage.
