Nous avons récupéré notre chambre avec quelqu’un dedans et nous devions avoir un champagne et des mignardises pour notre lune de miel et nous ne l’avons jamais eu

The resort was very clean, the food was good, the staff from the pool and restaurants were very friendly. The vegetation and fauna is great with all the animals living in the resort (ratoons, iguanas, deers, monkeys). The atmosphere in the resort is very relaxing giving you a great vibe.
The gym is great, very well equiped.
The beach was full of sargassum and the sand was not cleaned. It was like a 2 star hotel beach. We stayed for 5 days and they only cleaned once the sargassum but only a part of the beach. It's a very big discrepancy between the cleanliness in the resort and the beach.
The coffee machine in the room is only for a filtered coffee which was not good at all.
The night activities were short and not much fun.
I would recommend to the management to visit Grand Bavaro Princess which has an amazing beach and a great atmosphere.

Large property, shuttle to take you up and down , lots of pools. Nice lobby. Variety in food . The friendliest staff, not one bad interaction. Always cleaning. The Spa , AWESOME! Maria had hands of gold, peaceful ambiance. Beautiful and serene
The room is run down , mostly the bathroom. , they are currently renovating so I guess they are fixing things. They expect renovations to be done by the end of year. While clean m, our room was old , bathroom needs serious repairs. 1 outlet in room . Mold in bathroom . I was in family section, my friends were in platinum section and had more updated rooms
