OTTIMO HOTEL , abbiamo soggiornato in una Junior suite molto carina e spaziosa sicuramente ristrutturata da poco perche l'arredamendo si puo dire era nuovo e pulito , posizione Ottima vicino alla spiaggia molto bella e alla via principale del paese che trovi di tutto ristoranti market negozi noi avevamo formula All Inclusive al ristorante alla colazione c'era molta scelta pranzo e cena cibo ottimo e per tutti i gusti , personale molto accogliente e gentile sono fantastici era molto pulito e sempre in ordine c'erano bevande a scelta . Noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto specialmente della posizione della camera al primo piano con terrazza e bella posizione e tranquilla

A lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable, with comfy beds, a good shower and air conditioning. The staff were great, especially the claners – the room was cleaned every days and we have fresh towels every two days. The two pools were both great, though we preferred the quieter pool nearer the reception area. There were always plenty of sunbeds available and neither pool felt crowded (we visited in September, it may be busier in school holiday times). We had the All Inclusive option, which was good for a three star hotel, especially considering the price that we paid. The food was great – always plenty of choice. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts, which had loads of choice, including freshly made pancakes and waffles, and freshly fried eggs. The lunch and evening food was good too; highlights were the roast pork leg and the Greek potatoes, also the moussaka on Greek Night. The All Inclusive drinks package is fairly basic, with wine, beer and some local spirits, but plenty of soft drinks and coffee/tea available all day. I know some reviews criticise the drinks offering, but that’s unreasonable in my opinion, it’s not a five star hotel and is priced accordingly. Staff in the restaurant were great, very efficient at clearing plates and cleaning tables, and always smiling and welcoming. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and to the main road with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. There's a bus stop nearby which is handy for visiting Kos Town. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tingaki.

Nothing - considering it’s a three star hotel and very reasonably priced, it’s great, I wouldn’t criticise anything.

Great location as it was close to everything in the resort. I stayed in a recently refurbished Junior Suite which was fabulous - spotlessly clean and very comfortable

A Junior Suite is such a large room I think 2 air conditioning units are needed as 1 unit struggled to keep the room cool. The pool areas were nice but music from the pool bar a bit on the loud side

The staff are lovely - Anastasia at the front desk was so helpful and Petros was lovely.

The room smelt of the Bathroom, the food was not great lots of frozen veg but something for everyone.
