The breakfast room doesn’t have windows

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished. Smart TV, reliable internet access, and many practical details make the stay especially comfortable. The large entrance area provides plenty of space for luggage, and the power outlets with built-in USB charging ports were a welcome feature. Everything in the room is functional, well thought out, and designed with guests' comfort in mind. The bathroom also deserves special praise. Many modern hotels focus on stylish design at the expense of practicality, but that is not the case here. The shower is well designed, water stays where it should, and everything works exactly as expected. We also appreciated the ample space for drying towels. The staff deserves special recognition. Throughout our stay, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always happy to answer our questions, provide assistance, and accommodate any request whenever possible. Their attitude made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Breakfast is served in a room with a low ceiling which, together with the furniture and décor, creates a particularly cozy and inviting atmosphere. The selection is not enormous, with dozens of cold cuts or cheeses, but everything is carefully chosen, fresh, and of high quality. As a result, breakfast is a very enjoyable start to the day. Overall, this is a hotel where attention to detail, comfort, and atmosphere truly stand out. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Brussels.

spacious elegant and very modern room, super clean, the best hotel I was in Brussels

it will be nicer to have every day a bottle of water or to be able to charge a bottle and more fruits at breakfast. But this is not so important as everything was just perfect

That it is clean and the location

The airco wasn’t working in the overcrowded breakfast room Sunday evening when we came back in the hotel we wanted to have some wine and then we found out the the bottle was empty . The receptionist didn’t know how to replace the old bottle with the new one in the machine . Also in our room we did not have enough coffee pad for two. It was one decaf and one normal coffee cup. They should do enough for two person Als they did not refill the complementary water It is a new hotel so it take time to get used ti es h other to make things go more smoothly
