The entire team is fantastic. Infact I had a concern reported on my 3rd day of my stay for change in breakfast variety and Natasha the manager made it happen specifically for us. They took care of us really well. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay. All beds were of king size and bunk bed with king size with kids loved it. Very close to farrer park MRT. Easy commutation. Only thing is room could have been slightly bigger otherwise thoroughly enjoyed. The chefs were awesome. Made special Pongal for us in request.
Rooms could have been slightly spacious for the cost paid. Menu could be dynamic instead of standard for morning and evening high tea. Whatever provided was excellent and we really liked it

The breakfast options were good trying to satisfy all the customers and the Indian cuisine is a plus point for them to be occupied by Indian customers. We've tried Poha, Upma, Aloo Paratha (It was like a pancake on the first day & I showed them the softness of Aloo Paratha and it was made like that for the remaining days). In the case of the Bed & Bed comfort, it was really the best as it can accommodate 2 adults + 2 kids easily.
The storage spaces were lesser compared to my other hotel visits. There was no space for the suitcases to be stored & utilizing items from them. Cupboards were there separately for storing items. The restroom felt a little cramped. And the mix of hot & cold water was little messy (sometimes it becomes too hot / cold especially in shower). There was no place to keep the toothbrush properly (often it fell out from the glass tumbler provided to the bathroom floor. The stylish design of Bed had caused our head to bump on the side shapes.
