The location and facilities for us to travel with three 80-90 year olds was excellent.
The pool is accessible for them which is why we choose the hotel.
The drinks in the afternoon on the verandah is also perfect except you could do with a few more items added to happy hour. There was less this year than last year.
The pool are is very unattended and needs a redo. It needs an injection of colour to make it a real part of the hotel.
Better furniture and the bar open for a few hours each day would make this space more used.
It seems neglected.

Lovely view, great location- close to so many restaurants and attractions
Room was a little smaller than we thought but didn’t matter because of all other amenities

Good value for money!
Very clean.
Location was ok, using local uber was best for us and kids to travel arround.
Next to the water channel you can have nice walks and there also some good restaurants.
Breakfast had many option to choose from and we love it.
Beds and pilows were great.
Whilst no water bottles were present there was in room water filtered.
Good view to the city.
The new AI assistance conciergy. Took a while to get to some human operator.
In room dining was quite limited for a family with small kids.
There was no tea in the rooom, no water bottles, no milk for coffee.
