Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG

Reception staff went beyond our expectations. From early check-in to late check-out. Granted us 3 complimentary breakfasts valued at approx S$49.50 x2x3. Our room cleaner was so observant he used our extra flat sheet on my side of the king size bed and folded the doona onto my husband's side. He noticed we used a large hand towel on the shower floor and left one there each day. I arrived with injuries to both feet and was assigned a wheelchair to assist me during our stay. I only left our room for breakfast and for a daily visit to Jewel. Due to the bad air and high temperatures at the time my days consisted of Jewel visits, meals inside the airport levels and breakfast in the hotel.

Room temperature was hard to alter. We often shut the fan off as invariably very cold. In the shower I would've appreciated a grab handle. A Japanese bidet would've been a great addition and again a grab handle adjacent to the toilet would've been a great addition.

Large room, very comfortable bed, excellent location. The pool is great too and the staff were extremely helpful.

Overall I had a good stay. Location is good if you just want something close to the airport, Room is very big and the breakfast had good selection of food overall.

Very pricey!! The rooms are very outdated. The shower is looks like a 2 star hotel. The room service (only wine and water) was very slow and I had to pay immediately to the butler. Strange. Breakfast healthy selection should improve.
