Very comfortable rooms, lovely views from the window, super quiet with blackout curtains. Breakfast buffet table was amazing with lots of coffee stations around the breakfast hall so that no one had to queue for the cup. Friendly staff that was one step ahead for everything we might have wanted. Overall a great experience!

Nice location not too far from airport and walking distance to old town. They also have a nice jacuzzi and sauna.
No pool. The staff was not the nicest. They let 10 men jump in front of me at check-in counter and the room description says the room I picked came with a bath, but it didn’t.

Great and efficient breakfast with anything you might wish for, from baked fish to custom smoothies to fresh baked waffles. Personnel were nice. Easy access with a car, but close to Old Town, shopping center, and nice shoreside recreational area. Didn't get to use them but there's also a gym and a spa. Good views. Nice bathroom and a proper bath in my number. Very clean.
Not too impressed with outside noise insulation: with some restaurant playing music downstairs, I was actually wondering if I had left a window open, but no. Parking was expensive and underground car park was confusing: the -1 floor on the elevator actually takes you to -2. There are at least two different stacks of elevators which left people in the wrong one confused why they could not get to their floor - there was no explanation or guidance in the elevators. Minibar was quite expensive.

Staff were professional and friendly. They were helpful and communicative. Room service was consistent and came by to restock towels each day.
Room was clearly dirty upon arrival. Toilet had stains like it hadn’t been cleaned, sink in bathroom was clogged with junk and wouldn’t drain, and there was a cheap, broken lamp falling apart in the bedroom with pieces of lamp sitting on the floor upon entering, like it had fallen from the ceiling. Beds were fine, not great. Bathroom cleanliness was really the main concern.
