Superb location, just besides Lee Garden night market. Spacious room, clean and comfy bed. Breakfast has variety of choices. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Has staff and security personnel standby all the time on the ground floor so we feel safe whenever we are in the hotel compound. The food and drinks stalls set up and handled by the hotel chefs and staffs at the ground floor driveway tunnel are a plus point for Centara Hotel and we love it so much.

Very good location at the centre! Especially at night! Lots of good food and massage places.

Good staff pool
Facilities are old need upgrading
Breakfast menu needs replacing
Towels are old need replacing
Shower gel and shampoo inferior quality
Air conditioning was noisy and unable to control temperatures
Definitely more coffee and drinking water to be provided
The hotel lacks vibes and way below standards of other Centara hotels in Bangkok!!!

The staff were amazing, super helpful and really friendly.
The hotel is tired and in need of some updates and refresh. On the whole clean, but still some signs of black mould in bathrooms and windows.
