Bali Garden Beach Resort

We had a lovely stay at Bali Garden Beach Resort! The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shops and everything we needed in Kuta. The swimming pools were definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Bali atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend four nights in Bali, and we had a great time!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like! Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience. We have no complaints at all and would happily stay here again!

Pool was open late which meant we could swim in the dark. Beds were comfortable. Pools were beautiful. Plenty of restaurant options onsite/nearby. Really relaxed on early check in and late check out. A "departures lounge" for anyone wanting to continue to use the facilities on the day of their flight after checking out.

This was was the only place in our 6 hotels in the whole of Bali that didnt offer free access to drinking water. There was a shop where it was reasonably cheap to buy and sometimes a small dispenser in the lobby but rarely any cups. We had been to some pretty remote areas in Bali and didnt realise how different this stay would be. It was quite noisy, fireworks into rhe night and nightclub music next door but it didnt go on too late. Very busy, people are very selfish with saving sunbeds with towels leaving others with no access to sunbeds at all. Very cheeky squirrels dropping fruits out the tree while youre sunbathing and climbing on the table while you eat Beach was under construction so wasnt usable by hotel guests at all

We booked this hotel for the beach access, as a private beach with umbrella was specified in the hotel description. We arrived to be very disappointed that there is no access to the hotel’s beach due to industrial work. Meaning we only had access to the public beach, which was incredibly filthy (plastic, rubbish, clothing) and it was filled with local men who made 2 young female travellers often feel very uncomfortable. We raised this with hotel management who couldn’t have handled the situation better - they were very apologetic, gave us a free massage and agreed to cancel our stay free of charge. Unfortunately booking.com didn’t let us cancel as it was a non-refundable booking, but that was out of the hotels control. We have raised that the blocked beach access was not communicated to travellers beforehand, had we know we wouldn’t have booked the hotel. Other than the beach, it’s a lovely hotel, I’d recommend
