The staff were absolutely excellent. There learned our names on day one . They all went above and beyond. They spoke multiple languages. The position of the hotel and the views from our bungalow were exquisite .we stayed for my birthday. I had the best time
The fabric of the hotel is long overdue for an upgrade .

Very nice villas in a beautiful setting, with lovely views over the river. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle, bustle and traffic of central Ubud, while still being close enough to enjoy the area. The activities were excellent — the rafting was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. We also really enjoyed the trekking with a fantastic local guide who knew everything about the village and the surrounding area. Very good breakfast and a lovely spa. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay overall.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the area around the private pool: some of the fittings felt a little outdated, and the cleanliness could be improved. That said, having a private pool was a great feature that we really enjoyed.

Friendly staff and rainforest setting
lack of restaurants, and the long steep walk to our room. The property needs maintenance and upgrading.
