We've stopped at this hotel before and it is conveiently located in terms of the areas we enjoy visiting while on our motorcycle trips. The food is good staff are friendly and the room / beds are a good size and comfortable.
The bar good have a better selection of beers.

Average sized modern bedroom and bathroom, table and chairs, just 1 bedside table. Lift and stairs to the rooms. Restaurant and bar on site, smaller portions than many places but you either buy a 2 or 3 course meal. Breakfast good choice from a buffet. Hotel situated alongside Loch Long and has good views
Poorly designed bathroom, not enough room around the toilet. Hard to reach bath taps without getting in the bath. No soap in washbasin only shower gel available. Bacon and sausage sat in tray slightly greasy.

Great location and friendly staff. Bar with meals at reasonable prices. Restaurant serving good food as well. Help yourself breakfast - hot and cold items. Range of rooms from budget to sea view. I've stayed several times, and plan to go back.

The Location is superb looking out on Loch Lomond
Evening meals are dreadful, frozen rubbish served lukewarm, more like a child’s size meal and grossly overpriced
