Couldn’t fault our stay. The family room was immaculately clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good especially the sausages!!

The location on the canal is a 5 min walk into town. Car park next door at £8 a night. This place includes a cooked breakfast and is value for money.

Breakfast was ok
We had booked a family room for 2 adults, an 11 and 16 year old. But there was a normal
King bed and then a very small sofa bed that was not even nearly big enough for 2 people of the ages of our children to sleep on. When I raised it with reception I was greated with a rude and abrupt staff member who said essentially I got what I paid for. Despite when I mentioned it to 2 other staff members they nodded and agreed - as if it was a common complaint. My husband slept on the floor in the end.
